zueljin, also known by his personal name Daniel,[3] is an American Let's Play commentator, a former active member of the defunct MindCrack Fan Server, and a former member of the HermitCraft server. He joined the Fan Server in May 2012 having been invited by OmegaRainbow.[4] Despite the shutdown of the Fan Server in June 2013, Zueljin continued to produce Let's Plays as usual. He joined the HermitCraft server in June 2014.[5]

Zueljin attended PlayOnCon 2013, the MindCrack Party at MineCon 2013, PlayOnCon 2014, PAX South 2015, PlayOnCon 2015, and PAX South 2016 with the Mindcrackers. He participated in Surviving Mindcrack Island.

Biography[edit]

Zueljin is from Lafayette, Louisiana and currently lives there.[6][7] He is of Cajun ethnicity.[8][9]

Zueljin has mentioned previously working at Walgreens, and as a technician at Sprint. He currently does YouTube full time.[10]

Let's Play[edit]

Zueljin was featured on Docm77's "Dear Doc" series in episode 24 on 24 January 2012. His single-player Minecraft series "The Cobblestone Chronicles" was specifically mentioned by Doc.[11] Zueljin's name is a Cajun variation of a Ghostbusters character, Zuul.[12][13][14]

Zueljin is the founder of a Minecraft multiplayer server called Hypermine, which he considers "the most spectacular achievement that was ever conceived out of [his] own mind."[15] Alphonia, falsesymmetry, rubysown and sl1pg8r are members of the server.

MindCrack Fan Server[edit]

Zueljin participated in Seasons 4 and 5 of the Fan Server UHC. Before the 1.5 map reset, he had a plot in the Boney Bayou neighborhood of Blockhaven. It was a plantation home, complete with beds for servants. His house was praised by many on the server. Zueljin had a hunting lodge which was rarely shown in his videos compared to his plot. It was accessible through the Red tunnel in the Nether. Nearby, the Whitewood Lake had artificially tall birch trees in the lake. A giant look-out post overlook the area.[16]

Personal life[edit]

Zueljin has been married to his wife since circa 2011.[10] He is the step father of two children.[17] Zueljin is a Christian.[18]
