UHC #ForTheKidsTwo is a fight to the death between four teams of four. Like UHC #ForTheKids in September of the previous year, this is unnumbered and unofficial season of UHC. Viewers could influence the gameplay by gifting items to the player of their choice via donations to Extra Life.

The season was broadcast live to Twitch on 7 November 2015 as part of the 2015 Mindcrack Marathon. The event was livestreamed by all participants excluding Docm77.^{[citation needed]} OMGchad spectated the event and livestreamed to the Mindcrack Network Twitch channel. Zisteau was spawnable when a donation goal was reached. Items could be gifted through an interactive website, donate.n3rds.care/event/mindcrack-marathon, where player health and game status was displayed.
